There is good caching beyond Tonopah! The AMMO! geoart series is good GC3WGGX. I got there late, finished it after midnight after 9 hours!!!!!. Hawthorn had a bunch of creative caches and don't miss the munitions museum cache. I bought 3 large ammo cans that were twice as deep as the regular large ones for $20 there. Then Yerington's power trails ought to be back on line by the Dec 1 Event there. All of them are out on dirt roads, most are 2 WD friendly. Two spots are iffy, I did one in a 2WD Ford Escape and the other in my 4WD 150 truck. Bottom line that should be back to 1400 caches. There are zingers out there so i didn't get to just blow though them, Had some DNFs too!!!! I did a bunch of caches along the way too. just couldn't pass them up while I was in the area
